i can see her(i still feel really weird saying 'her'. i usually say 'it') moving around. little punches and kicks maybe? its kind of neat but now i feel sorta guilty like everytime i feel it i should stop what im doing and look at my stomach, haha.
other updates, now when i lay on my back you can still tell i have a belly. before it pretty much disappeared and looked like a regular stomach. took these pictures a couple days ago. im half way there...

ohhh and went to the beach last weekend after we signed a 6 month lease on this studio by the beach. we have our own walled/fenced in grassy yard with a little covered lanai :] move in on the 2nd i think.

soooo i had my ultrasound today. during the half an hour or so we got to see like every single detail of the baby. 4 chambers of the heart, kidneys, bladder, stomach, arm and leg bones, spine, brain, probably more lol. and its a girl :]
oh and based on her size, the due date has been changed from september 13th to the 10th. we'll see when she feels like coming out though.

baby heartbeat :] the loud noise that interrupts the heartbeat is the baby moving. i think.

last night i decided i wanted to do something outdoors and active today. although i couldnt get keli out of bed till a little after 1pm i decided i wanted to go to temple valley and see the temple. i had only been as a child so it was kind of like going for the first time. there were way too many people there. a tour bus actually came while we were there. dont like that.anyway, picture time.



amida, a golden buddha unique to the entire world. at over 18 feet tall its thought to be the largest figure carved since ancient times. you gotta take your shoes off before you come in...that i like.

i didnt get a picture of the five foot high, three ton brass bell because there was always so many people around it. you strike it with a soft wooden log..it sounds really nice. i also took two polaroids that i'll upload later.

summary of doctor appointment on tuesday? im losing weight and most likely malnourished. baby is doing fine and the heartbeat was very loud and strong at 140 beats per minute. the big fail was that i didnt get an ultrasound so i still dont know if this little bastard is a boy or girl. ive got an ultrasound scheduled for the 13th at castle hospital. can i wait another week and half to find out the gender? not really but i guess thats what im doing.
i dont know what came over me yesterday but i ordered one of those at home doppler machines so i can hear the babies heartbeat whenever i damn please. a waste of $50ish dollars? probably. on the bright side, i can apparently upload the audio of the heartbeat to the computer so i shall post that at some point in the near future.
